1. Bring Your Bag In

  • Bring your handbag directly to our store — no mail-ins or drop boxes.
  • Meet face-to-face with a UNOO team member.
  • Immediate visual inspection to confirm eligibility for consignment.
  • Start the process with personal attention and no guesswork.
  • Safer and more secure than online submissions.

2. We Review Your Bag

  • We evaluate your bag to ensure it’s a style, brand, and condition our buyers are looking for.
  • Assessment of authenticity, demand, and resale potential.
  • Review of condition, age, and market trends.
  • Honest feedback on whether your item is likely to sell.
  • Advice on the best timing and marketing approach.
  • Transparent discussion before moving forward.

3. Authenticate Your Bag

  • Every consignment item is professionally authenticated with Entrupy before we accept it.
  • Authentication fee: $25 per item.
  • If your bag is authentic and you proceed with consignment: fee is refunded when the bag sells or can be used immediately as same-day in-store credit.
  • If your bag doesn’t sell: you keep the Entrupy Certificate of Authenticity at no extra cost.
  • If your bag fails authentication: you are charged $25 for the service.
  • If you decline to consign after authentication: you are charged our standard $49.99 authentication rate.

4. Agree on Price & Terms

  • We work together to set a selling price and consignment terms that are fair, realistic, and market-driven.
  • Use market data to determine the ideal price.
  • Explain commission structure clearly before you commit.
  • Lock in the agreed price with no later changes.
  • Discuss consignment period and early return policies.
  • Ensure all expectations are clear in writing.

5. Sign the Agreement

  • Our consignment agreement is short, clear, and free from hidden clauses or fine print.
  • Easy-to-read contract written in plain language.
  • Outlines your rights and our responsibilities.
  • Confirms consignment period, commission rate, and payout timing.
  • Ensures you understand the all sales final policy.

6. We Get to Work

  • Once your bag is in our care, we focus on giving it the best chance to sell.
  • May include professional photography and attractive in-store display.
  • Possible social media promotion to targeted audiences.
  • When applicable, showcasing to select buyers from our client list.
  • Handling key customer inquiries and potential offers.
  • Storing your bag securely during the consignment period.
